Cell Signaling / Cell Structure and Function Symposium
HomeConference

Cell Signaling / Cell Structure and Function Symposium is jointly sponsored by the CSCB Society for Cell Signal Transduction and the CSCB Society for Cell Structure and Behavior. It is one of CSCB's most famous Symposia, held once every two years. The meeting usually takes place near one of the China's famous mountains, gathering around 150 participants with each one individually invitated. It offers scientists an rare opportunity to freely exchange unpublished data . Over the years, the symposium has been quite influential in the cell biology field.

Council Members (last name, first name): CHEN Quan, CHEN Yeguang, CHEN Zhengjun, LI Chaojun, LI Dangsheng, YANG Weicai

Meaning: The “C” and “S” stand for “Cell Signaling”. The “C” and the blue circle underneath it resemble the shape of a cell, the “S” forms a mountain, and the red, yellow, and green circles represent signal transduction.
