Confirmation:
Registration will be confirmed by E-mail or fax. Please bring the Letter of Confirmation to the meeting upon your arrival in Beijing.
Cancellation: Any cancellations are to be sent in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Cancellations received before May 25, 2007 are subject to an administration fee of 20%. Cancellations received between May 25 and June 10, 2007 are subject to an administration fee of 50%. No refunds can be granted to cancellations received after 10 June, 2007.
