报告题目:人类早期胚胎发育的基因表达调控

个人简介
汤富酬,1998年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,2003年于北京大学生命科学学院获得博士学位。现为北京大学生命科学学院BIOPIC中心研究员,2010年回国在北京大学组建自己的实验室,主要从事人类早期胚胎发育的单细胞功能基因组学研究。在国际上率先系统发展了单细胞功能基因组学研究体系,建立了单细胞RNA-Seq转录组高通量测序技术,单细胞DNA甲基化组高通量测序技术,单细胞多组学平行高通量测序技术,并利用这一技术体系对人类早期胚胎发育过程进行了深入、系统的分析,发现了人类早期胚胎中基因表达网络的重要表观遗传学调控机理,加深了对人类生殖系细胞的发育以及表观遗传重编程过程的认识。发表论文50余篇,其中30余篇论文是以通讯(或者共同通讯)作者身份发表(Cell, 2013; Genome Research, 2013; Nature, 2014; Cell Stem Cell, 2014; Cell, 2015; Science, 2015; Nature, 2016; Cell Stem Cell, 2017a; Cell Stem Cell, 2017b)。文章已经被引用5000多次。其中两项工作获评2014年度中国科学十大进展和2015年度中国科学十大进展。
